in Seattle for the AAS meeting

I gave a talk in the special session on high-energy processes in star formation.

Eric and I stayed at the Ace Hotel, next door to the Cyclops bar. And it snowed.

My old student, David Conners, showed us around the colorful Seattle Public Library.

We had excellent pastries each morning at Le Panier, and dinner one night (with Beth Willman and Ken Gayley), at Mistral.

Back home, via O'Hare.
