Amsterdam between England and Greece

I wrote most of my talk for the Rhodes meeting sitting at this table on the Prinsengracht. That's the Anne Frank House, beyond the bicycles.

To get from London to Amsterdam, I took a train, through the Channel Tunnel. Train stations along the way:
