DANTE vs. witness plate incident
spectrum for a simulation where their radiation temperatures are almost identical.
The witness plate spectrum is somewhat harder than the DANTE spectrum as well as
the equivalent blackbody, especially below 1 keV.
It sees more hot spots, but also more LEH.

TWP= 175.0 eV
